Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or thin chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Peel or 2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, optional
Instructions:
- Whisk lemon peel, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate chicken 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Cook in skillet 5–7 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
