Corned Beef Hash With Cayenne and Fried Eggs By The Spice Way Mar 20, 2024 Serves: 4 Ingredients For the Hash 1 lb cooked corned beef, diced 1 1/2 lb cooked potatoes, diced 1 medium onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) The Spice Way Cayenne Pepper Salt and The Spice Way Black Pepper, to taste Chopped fresh parsley (optional) For Serving 4 fried or poached eggs (optional) Instructions Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and spread into an even layer. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned. Add onion and cook 4–5 minutes until softened, then add garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in corned beef and cayenne pepper.
