Corned Beef and Hash


•1 pound cooked corned beef, diced

• 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1 onion, diced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

• Salt and black pepper to taste

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 tablespoons butter

• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

• Poached or fried eggs (optional, for serving)


1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

2. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are
golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

3, Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are
translucent and garlic is fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Stir in the diced corned beef and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and black
pepper to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the corned beef is heated
through and slightly crispy.

5. Once the hash is cooked to your liking, remove from heat. Taste and adjust
seasoning if necessary.

6. Serve the Corned Beef & Hash hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
You can also serve it with poached or fried eggs on top for extra flavor and
