Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon The Spice Way Kebab Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
For the Sauce
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with the Kebab Seasoning, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Let sit 30 minutes.
- Stir the yogurt, grated garlic, and salt together.
- Thread the chicken, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill or broil over high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once or twice, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with the garlic yogurt.
Plating Note
Arrange the skewers over a pool of yogurt and let the charred peppers sit visibly on top.
Note
If using wooden skewers, soak them first.
