Ingredients:
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon The Spice Way Herbes de Provence
- Freshly ground The Spice Way Black Pepper
- Optional: a few cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
Preparation:
1. Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the tortillas on the sheet and brush lightly with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the mozzarella, Parmesan, Herbes de Provence, and black pepper. Add sliced tomatoes if using.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the tortilla edges are crisp and golden.
4. Let cool 1 minute, then slice into wedges and serve hot.
