Stuffed peppers with mixture for Persian rice

A wonderful chef dish that combines stuffed peppers, Persian rice mix and basmati rice.

Ingredients for 5 – 6 servings:

The Spice Way's Persian Mix for Rice
8 beautiful red peppers and clean cut edge grain
2 cups basmati rice wash
2 onions, finely chopped
4 carrots, grated
1 zucchini, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Ingredients for the sauce:

3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation:

1. Fry onion until transparent, add the carrots and zucchini spices and rice, and transfer from the gas.
2. Impregnate the peppers in a little oil, fill the peppers with the mixture (do not compress)
