Roasted vegetables with our Roasted Vegetables Blend. Very easy to make, healthy and nutritious.
3 carrots, peeled and cut to medium size cubes
2 potatoes, peeled and cut to medium size cubes
3 zucchini, clean and cut to cubes
2 sweet potatoes cut to cubes
2 zucchini, sliced
2 red bell pepper sliced
4 onion, peeled and sliced
5 fresh mushroom
7 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp The Spice Way Roasted Vegetables Blend
(optional) Feta Cheese
1. Preheat an oven to 390 F
2. Add all vegetables, blend and oil and mix it together
3. Arrange on a pan and cover with aluminum foil
4. Bake for 60 min. or until the vegetables are soft and a bit brown on top
5. Remove aluminum foil and bake for 5 additional min.
6. Optional - Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
