Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

A very easy recipe that creates a magnificent side dish of potatoes. The Rosemary and Garlic add so much flavor you will be hooked!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

8 Potatoes (you can combine 2 sweet potatoes as well)

1/4 cup olive oil

2 oz The Spice Way Rosemary and Garlic Blend for Roasted Potatoes


1. Preheat an oven to 350 F

2. Cut the potatoes into cubes. 

3. Mix the potatoes with the olive oil.

4. Add the blend and mix.

5. Put in a pan, cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 45 minutes. 

6. Remove foil and bake for 10 additional minutes.
