Potatoes and Peas with Spices

A great side dish with potatoes and peas that combines ethnic spice blends

Ingredients for 4 servings:

2 tbsp olive oil

8 potatoes, cut to small cubes

1/2 lb. peas

1 tbsp The Spice Way Garam Masala Meat Blend

1/2 tsp The Spice Way Baharat Spice Blend

Salt and black to taste

Pinch The Spice Way Ground Cumin

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic


1. Chop garlic and onion

2. Fry in a large pan for a few minutes

3. Cook potatoes in hot water for 15 minutes

4. Add peas and spices and mix

5. Strain the potatoes and add to the pan

6. Stir-fry on small flame for 10 minutes, you can add water if you feel it's needed
