Polish Meatballs

Our polish meatballs recipe, combines our unique blend. You will be surprised how kids will love this dish.

Ingredients for 4 – 5 servings​:

1 lb minced chicken meat
1 Large zucchini coarsely grated drained
3 carrots, grated
1 Onion, chopped
1 egg
½ cup mixture ofThe Spice Way's Polish Meatball Blend
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
 
Sauce:

Tin of crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
8 oz of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 Heaping tbsp sugar
2 tablespoons The Spice Way's Sweet Moroccan Paprika
½ tablespoon saffron
½ tablespoon sea salt and black pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Mix the meatball ingredients and make into small 1-2 inch balls. Place in a bowl and set aside for 15minutes out of the refrigerator.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Place all ingredients in a pot, Bring to a boil, lower the heat and let cook for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry meatballs 3 minutes on each side until golden.
4. Spread cooked sauce over meatball and cook for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve on a bed of white rice / quinoa / mashed potatoes.
