Eggplant with smoked paprika

Nothing like the combination of the eggplant and the genuine smoked paprika. Our smoked paprika is unique as it is smoked on a traditional smoker with a unique combination of herbs.

Ingredients for one serving:

1 Teaspoon of The Spice Way's Debbie's Smoked Paprika
1 Eggplant
2 tomatoes
1 Garlic clove
Juice of half a lemon
Olive oil


1. Roast the eggplant and tomatoes, either in a 320F (160C) oven or on the stove. in a pan.
2. Once cooked, Remove the flesh of the eggplant and the skin of the tomatoes.
3. Mash the skin of the tomatoes and eggplant in a bowl, add the paprika, salt, olive oil garlic and lemon juice and mix until well blended. 

Serve warm.
