Chicken Kebab with Persian Lemon

An easy recipe with a very distinctive taste of the Persian Lemon. To enhance flavor we use the Cinnamon sticks as Gyro

Ingredients for 2 servings:

1 lb. chicken, ground

1 Handful Parsley, copped

1 tbsp bread crumbs

1 Onion, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

3 tbsp olive oil

Cinnamon Sticks (optional)


1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and make Kebab shaped patties.

2. Place the Cinnamon sticks inside the Pattie. 

3. Put in a preheat oven at 390F until the patties become golden. 

Recommended to serve with fresh Tahini.
