An easy burger recipe that combines our Roasted Vegetable Blend and shows how multipurpose a blend can be.

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 lb ground beef

1 onion

2 tbsp canola oil

1.5 tsp salt

1.5 The Spice Way Ground Black Pepper

1 oz The Spice Way Roasted Vegetables Blend

Pinch of The Spice Way Shatta Pepper (optional)


Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients. 

2. Make Patties out of the mix. 

3. Barbeque. 

4. (Optional) serve in a bun with tomato, lettuce and pickles.
