Broccoli and Carrot Pastry

A chef's dish, easy to make with our Pizza and Pasta Blend and our Mushrooms Mix

Ingredients for 5 pastries:

1 tbsp butter

3/4 lb Broccoli

3 tbsp heavy whip cream

2 eggs

1 tbps green onion, chopped

Pinch of nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

Thyme to taste


Preparation:

1. Steam the broccoli until soft

2. Put the broccoli, cream and eggs in a food processor until soft

3. Chop the onion and add it and the spices to the food processor

4. Put backing paper on a pan and cover 3/4 of the pan with the mix

5. Put on a pan with water and cook for 25 minutes in 350 F, make sure it's firm. 


Ingredients for the sauce:

1 Tbsp The Spice Way Pizza and Pasta Blend

1 Tbsp The Spice Way Mushrooms Mix

1 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped

1/4 glass of white wine

4 tbsp heavy whip cream

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Preparation:

1. Cook the onion with the wine until the wine evaporates

2. Add cream, salt and pepper

3. Add the blend and mix

4. Cook in a pot, and pour to a plate

5. Place the pastries in the plate
