A great salad with great flavors and spice blends
Vegetables mix and match (Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Garlic, Yam, Eggplant)
1 lb. Pasta
1 tbsp The Spice Way Tuscany Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Roasted Vegetables Blend
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp feta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Put the vegetables in a pan, mix with the blends and olive oil.
2. Cook the pasta and strain.
3. Add the roasted vegetables to the pasta and mix with the cheese
