Meatballs with Mushroom

A wonderful recipe that combines meatballs, mushrooms, Kebab blend and Satay blend

Ingredients for 6 servings:

3 tbsp The Spice Way Satay Chicken Spice Blend

3 tbsp The Spice Way Kebab - Middle Eastern Ground Beef Blend

1 lb. ground beef
2 onion, chopped
1 potato, ground
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 celery
1 handful coriander, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg, ground
16 fl oz. water (about 2 cups)
Salt to taste

1. Fry the onion for 4 min. 
2. After 4 min, add the mushroom and celery for 5 min.
3. After the additional 5 min, add water, salt and Satay blend. 
4. Bring to a boil and lower flame. 
5. Mix beef, onion, coriander, potato and Kebab blend, salt and nutmeg
6. Form the mix into large meatballs.
7. Add the meatballs to the pan and close the lid for an additional 30 min. 
8. Serve on a bed of noodles or rice.
