None. Our training program suits people with prior knowledge and experience and people with no background. What we are looking for is a passionate person who loves spices, herbs, tea, cooking and a healthy lifestyle.

How do I find the right location?

Location is very important and when the time comes, we will guide you through the process with advices and even on-site consulting. As a versatile concept, we have years of experience in customizing our stores to different locations. We will utilize our knowledge to improve your odds of success and to analyze what is the best location for you.

Will I be allowed to sell other products at the store?

The products sold in The Spice Way stores are from our farm and manufacture facility. The Advantage for having our own facilities are numerous including freshness, quality control, variety, the ability to come up with new products and much more. Having said that, we do encourage our franchisees to also use local produce as a support for local businesses and you will be allowed to incorporate such approved products in a certain percentage at the store.

Do I need to be a professional chef?

Although we are looking for someone who is passionate about food and cooking, all required expertise shall be taught during the training process and no prior experience or expertise is needed.

What does the training process include?

Utilizing our vast experience in franchising and retail, we have constructed a training program that will fit franchisees at all levels. The training process includes classroom training covering all aspects of running a The Spice Way store including accounting, sales Techniques, concept training, products, inventory monitoring, marketing, day to day routine, sampling routine and so on. Before the store opens and during the first week, our team will be right with you in our onsite training program.

How do you ensure quality of products?

Our great advantage is having our own growing and manufacture facilities, ensuring freshness and allowing us to closely monitor quality and to make sure that both you and the customer, will receive the finest quality products available. In addition, by supplying spices and herbs without any preservatives at their natural form, it is easier for us to monitor and ensure freshness.

What do you mean by allowed to grow with the company?

We are currently working towards expanding our franchise business nationwide and as such, we are looking for pioneer franchisees that are up for the task, can contribute back to the company and grow with it.

Will I be allowed to open more The Spice Way stores?

Basically the answer is yes. It is important that you open one store first and show us and yourself that you can handle it, we won't allow you to open more stores if we will feel that such activity will put you in harms way. We do encourage the growth of our franchisees, especially the Pioneer Franchisees.

Will I be able to sell products online?

We, at The Spice Way, acknowledge that the online activity of stores is becoming increasingly important. As such, we do not only allow franchisees to sell products online, but we even supply each franchisee an online platform they can use.

What do the franchise fees include?

When you sign the franchise agreement, you are required to pay the Initial Franchise Fee. This fee is a one-time fee.
