A very easy recipe that turns your salad into a healthy and fun meal.

Ingredients for 5 or 6 servings:

The Spice Way's Multi-Seed Salad Topping Mix
1 green cabbage cut into thin strips

Ingredients for the sauce:

1/3 cup neutral oil (sunflower, canola or olive oil)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Heat the sauce ingredients in a saucepan on the stove or in the microwave.
2. Put cabbage strips  in a bowl and sprinkle The Spice Way mix over the cabbage.
3. Add the sauce and mix.

Serving suggestion: sprinkle a little of the mix on top as gamish.
